Estaba alucinando con el montaje al ritmo de la música de esta secuencia cuando me he parado a escuchar la letra y he vuelto a encontrar otro himno motivacional de esos que tanto me gustan: «Moving ahead so life won’t pass me by…»
En «Django Unchained», Tarantino vuelve a desempolvar un puñado de temazos para nuestro uso y disfrute. entre ellos está este «I Got A Name», interpretado por Jim Croce, Éxito póstumo del cantante que falleció en un accidente aéreo antes del lanzamiento de esta canción (en septiembre de 1973) que daba nombre al que sería su último disco y que fue el tema principal de la película «The Last American Hero» (protagonizada por Jeff Brigdes y basada en la historia del conductor de NASCAR Junior Johnson).
